About Me:<\/strong> Born and raised in the Chicago area until I attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign<\/a>. I now work at my Alma Mater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am an aspiring writer in my meager spare time, and have actually been published. I am the author of the e-book How to Get Started in Radio and Voice-Over Announcing<\/em><\/strong>, part of the “Dream Jobs to Go” series published by the now-defunct intellectua.com. Even though it did not rocket me to the top of the New York Times<\/em> Bestseller List and\/or make me millions of dollars, it was still my first paying writing job, and it started a lifelong quest to become a published novelist. I’ve entered a few short stories<\/a> into contests with no luck — except for third place recognition in a contest sponsored by a local newspaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve also completed a series of three novels entitled, The Last Archer of Laummoren<\/em><\/strong> and its sequels, The Last Archer’s Legacy <\/em><\/strong>and The Last Archer’s Return<\/em><\/strong>. The website for this project can be found at lastarcher.com<\/a>. I’ve self-published these books and others through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing<\/a> and Draft2Digital<\/a>. They\u2019re available at Amazon<\/a> in both paperback and Kindle formats, and in other eBook formats through Smashwords<\/a>, Draft2Digital, and the iTunes Bookstore<\/a>. As for my other writing… I\u2019ve self-published some short story collections, too, and I also used to be a freelance tech writer.
